We organized a special class of Akha Food for Chef Cameron Stauch @globalkitchen. We had a great time sharing love of Akha food and culture with him.
He specializes in Vegetarian cuisine so we cooked up some delicious Akha vegetarian food.

Sapi Tong: Akha dip with vegetables
Sha Byeh: Akha pork meatloaf loaded with herbs and cooked in a banana leaf
A Lu Tung: Akha style mashed potatoes
Whoa Ba So: Stir fried Chinese flowering cabbage with peanut
Sa Ku Sai Moo: Tapioca balls stuffed with sweet pork
