This little blue truck "song teaw" is a way of travel for many locals here in Chiang Rai. It's bigger than a tuktuk but smaller than bus or van. And its all part of the experience you will have at Akha Kitchen.
We come to your hotel, pick you up, then travel to the market to shop for ingredients. After shopping and tasting our way through the market, our driver of the "song teaw" (meaning 2 rows) meets us at the end of the market.
Then its to on to Akha Kitchen to get cooking, eating and enjoying the rest of your day.
