My name is Charuwan, but my friends know me as Jaru. 

I have designed my class to specifically highlight the diversity and variety only found here in the Thailand's North where you find ethnic diversity and unique growing conditions for a wide variety of herbs, fruits and Vegetables.

The class is simple and designed to be done in person and includes a walking market tour.

​The class is about 4 hours in length  with a maximum of 10 students       

• each student will come the market as a group carefully foraging the most  pleasing ingredients for the market venders for that days selection of dishes
