Eva's Pad Thai

Can you believe someone has NEVER had Pad Thai before!?!?

Hard to believe but its true... Eva had never tried try Pad Thai before because of her food allergies. But we were able to substitute some ingredients and make a few adjustments so she could cook it and try it for the first time.

She loved it! We were so happy to experience this "first" with her We will never forget them.
